Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing

Navigate to SettingsBilling or click Upgrade in the sidebar.

Choose a plan

Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs.

Enter payment details

Provide your payment information.We accept:
  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Crypto payments (USDT, USDC)

Confirm subscription

Review your selection and click Subscribe.
Your plan is upgraded immediately and new features are available.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade to a lower tier:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. Review any restrictions
  5. Confirm the downgrade
Downgrading may affect your data if you exceed the new plan’s limits. Review your usage before downgrading.

What Happens When You Downgrade

Your data is never deleted due to plan changes. Upgrade again to restore full access.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your paid subscription:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Data exceeding Free limits becomes read-only
  • You can resubscribe at any time
We don’t offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, but you retain access until the billing period ends.

  1. Select Pay with Crypto at checkout
  2. Choose your token and network
  3. Send the exact amount to the provided address
  4. Your subscription activates after confirmation
Crypto payments are processed as annual subscriptions with a 10% discount.

Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same date each month
  • Access until the next billing date
  • Cancel anytime

Annual Billing

  • Charged once per year
  • 2 months free compared to monthly
  • Cancel anytime, access until year ends
Annual billing saves 17% compared to paying monthly.

Managing Payment Methods

Updating Card Details

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:
  1. You receive an email notification
  2. We retry payment after 3 days
  3. After 3 failed attempts, subscription is paused
  4. Update payment method to reactivate

Receipts & Invoices

Viewing Past Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. Click any invoice to view or download

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan name and period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
Invoices are available immediately after payment and can be used for expense reporting.
